Battery Use


1. Keep the battery and charging cable away from water, fire, flammable and explosive items, avoid strong shaking, bumping and short circuit. Keep the battery and charging cable away from direct sunlight and pay attention to ventilation and heat dissipation;

2. Do not disassemble the battery and charger;
3. Do not use metal to directly connect the positive and negative electrodes to short circuit;
4. Please use the original dedicated charging cable to charge to ensure the battery charging safety and battery life.


Charging Instructions


1. Indoor charging is recommended. Please use protection when using outdoors!
2. When the user needs to charge, first turn on the power switch, and then connect the AC input end of the charging cable to the charging port. The screen power display will scroll with a running light during charging.

3. After charging is completed, the screen voltage display 58V flashes, indicating that charging is complete. If the user needs to use the device after it is fully charged or during charging, please disconnect the AC power cord of the charging port first, and then

Storage requirements

2. When the battery is not in use, the best storage temperature is 2, and it can also be placed in a cool and dry environment;

3. After use, the device should be charged in time and should not be stored for a long time without power. If the device is not used for more than 3 months, the battery needs to be fully charged. If the device is not used for 6 months, it is best to perform a charge and discharge cycle. Regular charging and discharging of the battery can ensure the activity of the battery and extend the cycle life of the battery.

2. The operating environment temperature of this equipment is the battery operating temperature (it is strictly forbidden to charge the battery at a temperature below 0 degrees. The charger is only suitable for indoor use. Please pay attention to protection when using it outdoors. Please use the original charging cable and it is strictly forbidden to use other chargers to charge the battery. When using it above high temperature, ensure that the battery is more than 60CM from the ground, pay attention to shielding, and keep ventilation. 3. Avoid falling from high altitude or strong impact during mobile transportation or storage.

4. Due to different output power characteristics, in order to ensure the safety of battery use, this equipment cannot be used with other equipment and AC220V inverter at the same time.

5. The equipment cannot be damp or immersed in water. It is strictly forbidden to use it in places with corrosive gases Use this device in an environment filled with metal dust or metal dust.

6. This device is a rechargeable industrial mobile energy storage power supply. The power supply battery module is a lithium iron phosphate battery pack, and the battery output voltage is DC51.2V. The inverter outputs AC220V using an isolation circuit. AC220V is completely isolated from the power grid and the earth. 12. This device is designed with an undervoltage indicator on the display screen. When the battery voltage is too low, the voltage display will flash. Please connect the device to the charging cable to charge in time.

13. The maximum power of the 220V welding equipment connected to this device does not exceed 2.5KW, and the maximum welding current is 100A.

14. It is strictly forbidden to connect other welding equipment when using AC220V inverter. This device does not support the parallel use of two or more devices. Parallel use will cause damage to the equipment and cause safety accidents. Please use it strictly in accordance with the functions and usage methods described in the device.
