Enecell and Jiutai District Government Sign Hydrogen Cooperation Agreement

Recently, Enecell signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Jiutai District People's Government of Changchun City, Jilin Province, and Jilin Long Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd. for the Jiutai District 300 MW "Green Electricity Hydrogen Production + Zero Carbon Logistics" Demonstration Project.

With the vigorous development of the hydrogen energy industry, various provinces and cities have continuously accelerated the implementation of hydrogen production and use projects in recent years. Jilin Province is located in the core area of the Songliao Base, one of the nine national clean energy bases in the "14th Five-Year Plan." It has outstanding advantages in wind and light resources, creating a wide range of hydrogen energy sources, rich application scenarios, and huge potential for hydrogen production. The Jiutai District 300 MW "Green Electricity Hydrogen Production + Zero Carbon Logistics" demonstration project is an important part of the implementation of the "Hydrogen Power Jilin" action plan, aiming to create an integrated demonstration of green hydrogen and applications, and develop the green hydrogen energy industry chain with high quality.

Enecell New Energy has currently formed a closed-loop business model covering large-scale water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment, hydrogenation equipment, hydrogen energy core electrical equipment, integrated photovoltaic storage and charging power stations, and hydrogen energy vehicle operation platforms, which have achieved the coordinated operation of green electricity to green hydrogen, economical and efficient hydrogen supply, and green logistics. Through the achievement of this strategic cooperation, Enecell New Energy will fully leverage its comprehensive advantages in resources, investment, technological innovation, and other areas throughout the hydrogen energy industry chain, and strive to promote coordinated demonstration in the field of clean energy in Jilin, further enhance regional industrial transformation and upgrading, and promote energy structure adjustment.

At the ceremony, the signatories unanimously expressed their confidence in the project's implementation. They will take this signing as a starting point to further deepen exchanges and cooperation, using government-enterprise linkage to strengthen and supplement the layout and development of Jilin's hydrogen energy industry chain, jointly build Jilin's "Northern Hydrogen Valley," firmly grasp the initiative of energy security, and provide new competitiveness and lasting power for the revitalization of Northeast China.
