Following the successful approval of the Zhongqing Foshan Nanzhuang Oil-Hydrogen-Electric Integrated Energy Substation, the Zhongqing Shibo Smart Integrated Energy Hub project, jointly launched by Enecell and Guangdong Zhongxin Hydrogen Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd., has been officially initiated. The project has also received approval from the Foshan Development and Reform Bureau for the construction of a new Nan Storage 18 Gas Station planning site.
As a core component of the Guangzhou-Zhanjiang Hydrogen Highway Project, this initiative will provide strong momentum for the development of the hydrogen energy network in the Greater Bay Area and drive the rapid growth of the hydrogen energy industry. The Zhongqing Shibo Smart Integrated Energy Hub will integrate hydrogen production, hydrogen refueling, fuel refueling, electric charging, and non-fuel product sales into a single facility. It will be the nation’s first commercialized five-in-one smart integrated energy hub, dedicated to achieving a diversified and seamless energy service model.
Project Highlights:
Total Land Area: 8,000㎡
Fuel Station Standard: Tier 3 Standard
Hydrogen Production Capacity: 2,000 Nm³/h
Hydrogen Refueling Capacity: 1,000 kg at 35 MPa & 500 kg at 70 MPa
Annual Carbon Reduction: Expected to reduce carbon emissions by approximately 6,775 tons per year
Upon completion, the project will supply energy for both new energy electric vehicles and traditional gasoline and diesel vehicles, while also meeting the hydrogen refueling needs of hydrogen-powered logistics vehicles, two-wheelers, and over a hundred hydrogen passenger cars operated by Zhongqing Shunda.
As a significant cornerstone of the hydrogen energy industry in the Greater Bay Area, this project will not only drive the transformation of the regional energy structure but also make a substantial contribution toward achieving green development goals.
